What to expect

During and after the program, leaders will experience elevated influence, resilience, impact and performance, as well as improved working relationships and team dynamics.

 

Program format

Leaders develop capability by immersing themselves in structured and unstructured learning, with workplace application and peer-based learning.  Starting with a trust agreement to align intentions, learning spaces are monthly over a 6 to 7 month period.  The flow allows for experimentation, application and peer based learning.

Program objectives

This program is the foundation needed to build Trust within teams by ensuring psychological safety exists first.  The program includes a team assessment, a debrief with the Leader and facilitating a coaching circle with the team.  This coaching circle conversation is anchored to the four pillars of Willingness to Help, Attitude to Risk and Failure, Inclusion and Diversity and Open Conversations.  For organisations wanting to cultivate Thriving workplace cultures, it starts with Trust, and Trust starts with Psychological Safety.  

 

Format.

We start with a fearless organisation scan of the team and then work with leaders to create space for a coaching circle conversation with their teams.  Your Fearless Organisation certified facilitator will guide you in exploring what actions the team could unite on to create the safety needed to drive high performance outcomes.  It's powerful!

Session format

Leaders are encouraged to prepare and come with devices off.  Your facilitator holds space for storytelling both past and future.  There is a values activity and all conversations captured on a miro board where themes are identified.  The outcome will have you walk away with your organisational Values and Purpose clearly articulated.  We provide a checklist of activities to help you embed and activate your purpose.  As each organisation is different, the time taken and sessions needed vary.
